American Rapper T.I and Wife visits cape coast slave castle in Ghana for year of return

American rapper TI and his wife made an emotional visit to Ghana’s Cape Coast Castle in the Central Region of Ghana.

The rapper, who is in Ghana as part of the Year of Return, visited slavery monument.

TI had his arms folded with his wife looking emotional after taking a tour through the slave castle as they were briefed about the history of the Castle.

This is exactly 400 years since the first black slaves landed in Jamestown Virginia in the US.

Several African-Americans including popular comedian, Steve Harvey, have all been in Ghana as part of the Year of Return initiative.
