Routine is something that many of us struggle to form. We all have good intentions about becoming more organized and productive, but how many times have you found yourself failing to achieve your goals? Instead of approaching productivity as a one-time effort, turn it into a habit instead. If you have a task you want to accomplish, think about a time that you already perform that task repeatedly.
For example, if you want to get in the habit of eating healthier, think of a time when you regularly eat healthy snacks. If you want to become more productive at work, this is beginning of a bullet journal. think about the tasks you do at work, and the time of day you perform them. Instead of constantly trying to form new habits, simply build upon a routine.
Bullet Journal for Daily Use
The bullet journal is a customizable system for tracking your tasks, ideas, lists, and goals—and it’s designed for your life, your way! It’s flexible, so you can choose what works best for you. Maybe you’re more of a traditionalist and you like to use pens and paper for everything. All you need is a notebook. Maybe you prefer to digitally capture your thoughts with a tablet app and design your spreads on your laptop. That’s cool, too. It’s really up to you, and you can change it up anytime.
Skilled Vs Unskilled Person
A lot of people feel that they are not as productive as they could be, or that their skills are holding them back. The truth is, we all have the same amount of time in the day, and the only difference between a skilled person and an unskilled one is the routine they have created. A good routine helps you feel more productive without actually making you more productive, and it can help you build your skills without actually making you more skilled. While it is impossible to build good habits without a routine, it is possible to create a routine that builds good habits.
There are many different ways to use a bullet journal. You can use it as a diary, planner, notebook, to do list, gratitude journal. I use it as a personal journal and as a planner, which I use for my day to day tasks and for creating my weekly to-do lists.
