Not long ago when Ghnewslab updated you on a story of Kwaw kese blasting the Ghana police for allowing Musician Popcaan to smoke weed in public , Kwaw kese talked about the freedom giving to foreigners in the country for doing what they like even if its against the law ,Well Popcaan reacted to the situation and replied kwaw kese in a respectful manner, he insisted kwaw kese to team up with him to organize a meeting with the government to legalize weed in the country.
